Reservation & Sales Policy

These policies and conditions shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth below:

The client who acquires the services of Kendry Tours must be aware of these policies.

1. Client and Company:

The customer who requests a quote, information, or makes a reservation and/or receives any type of service, will be understood to have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

2. Deposit and Reservation:

Once the client has verbally requested a quote for services,

via WhatsApp or via email and expresses your desire to hire the services of Kendry Tours, the Agent will prepare a program of the tour or tours according to what is established, for which you must make a deposit (non-refundable per person) of 50% of the contracted services, in order to confirm the reservation, within 24 hours, , in case this amount is not deposited, the reservation will not be confirmed. The client must send the proof of payment to Kendry Tours, so that it can proceed to make the respective reservation. The outstanding balance can be paid directly at the Kendry Tours offices one day prior to the service.

Our prices do no have taxes incluided. CR i.v.a taxes are 13% extra

3. Cancellation:

-Once the deposit of the reservation has been made, NO refund will be made under any circumstances. As an Agency we must pay our suppliers and they in turn apply the same policy of non-refundable payments to us.

-Participants who do not show up (NO-SHOW), do not receive a refund of any kind.

-If the participants do not arrive at the agreed time at the meeting place, it is NOT done No refunds.

-In case the tour must be suspended due to force majeure or fortuitous event, (weather, natural disasters or government orders) it will be rescheduled to a new date, the client will be able to apply the reservation to the new date, NO refund will be made. In this case, Kendry Tours staff will be communicating with the client prior to the departure of the tour to inform them of the situation.

-A person who does not show up for the tour, citing health reasons, will only be able to reschedule their tour by presenting proof established by a medical center.

-The Kendry Tours company may stop the activity when the prevailing conditions in the course put the physical integrity of people at risk and in the same way no refunds will be made under any circumstances.

-As the client does not show up at the departure point and at the time agreed in the NO SHOW, therefore, we will not be able to delay the departure. In view of this, your participation will be excluded for non-submission. In this case, there is NO possibility of refund of cancelled monies or rescheduling.

In case of cancellation

Our tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to the following circumstances:

When weather or environmental conditions are FORESEEN at least 24 hours in advance and prevent the tour from taking place according to the planned date, we reserve the right to cancel or move the activity to another date.

In any case, people who have paid the cost of the tour will be informed in advance of the tour.

1. Refunds and Returns

No refunds will be accepted under any circumstances by Kendry Tours. Refunds will be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Refunds can take up to eight weeks and, in rare cases, even longer

The company provides an insurance policy with a coverage of 100 million colones that covers you during any adventure activity carried out by Kendry Tours.

It is highly recommended that all customers obtain adequate travel insurance coverage and carry their travel insurance number, which covers situations such as cancellation due to illness, accident or injury, personal accident and liability, property loss or damage. Kendry Tours company will not be liable if the client does not have adequate insurance coverage. It will not be mandatory for Kendry Tours to take out travel insurance for the client.
